1. Validity

Full payment is required to confirm your seat, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another participant with at least 3 working days’ notice or request to defer to the next available session, subject to availability and management approval.

3. Programme Changes

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or make changes to the programme content, trainer, or venue if necessary, and in the unlikely event of cancellation, participants will be offered an alternative date or full credit for future programmes.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring their availability, punctuality, and meeting technical requirements for online training, while recording or redistributing training materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
